Maneggio “La Cinta”
- I fully understand that sports such as horse riding and related activities can entail risks and dangers of harm to people, personal belongings and imply serious physical damage including permanent disability, paralysis and death. Such risks and damages may be caused by my own actions or lack of actions, by actions or lack of actions of other participants in the activities, by the environmental conditions in which the activities take place. There could be other risks or economic or social losses, both of which I do not know or foresee at this time, but I fully accept and take full responsibility.
- With this letter, I declare to indemnify to the greatest extent for himself and for his successors and for those having any cause, the Maneggio la Cinta, the owner Fideli Salvatore and the staff of any and all obligations to pay to the undersigned as compensation damage, indemnity, reimbursement, etc. in the event of physical damage including permanent disabilities, paralysis and death, or any injury that may result from entry, stay, and use in places used to carry out lessons / excursions indicated above.

- To provide compensation for any damage caused to the assets of Maneggio during the course of the activity.
- I declare to indemnify to the greatest extent for himself and for his successors and those having any cause, the Maneggio la Cinta, the owner Fideli Salvatore and the staff, from claims that may be advanced to any title by third parties for facts attributable to the signee during the entrance, the permanence, the use, or in the vicinity, of Maneggio. With the aforementioned declaration of disclaimer, I expressly declare to renounce substantial rights by signing and assume all the foreseeable and unpredictable risks that may cause injuries as an example and not exhaustively indicated as such; wounds, fractures and in any case all that may derive from entry, use, permanence, within the riding school and along the path where the excursions are made (lagoon, beach, ...)
